1. Poor quality of molybdenum wire: choose good quality molybdenum wire.
 
2. Wrong processing parameters: select appropriate processing parameters for different materials and workpiece thicknesses. Please note that it is easy to disconnect the wire when selecting the condition of high current. 8. There are non-conductive impurities in the workpiece material or non-conductive oxides on the surface of the workpiece: change the material; Non-conductive impurities before cutting
 
9. Poor quality and inappropriate concentration of wire cutting fluid: the machining fluid is too dirty if it is not replaced for a long time.
